Welcome to Bridge Together’s Connection & Resource Hub

Connecting sponsors, privately sponsored newcomers and settlement providers for stronger, seamless support.

An IRCC-funded Service Delivery Improvement project led by Catholic Crosscultural Services

Why Bridge Together?

Private refugee sponsorship is a powerful pathway to welcome newcomers to Canada, but strong outcomes depend on strong coordination. Sponsoring groups and settlement service providers each play essential roles. When they are better connected, sponsored newcomers receive more seamless, responsive, and effective support as they settle.

This platform exists to strengthen collaboration, knowledge-sharing, and coordination between these partners, helping build clearer pathways, stronger relationships, and better settlement experiences across Canada.
